Easy experience. We found a table we loved, thought about it on the way home, decided it was worth it and called the store. The sales agent was very nice, easy to talk to and great! The only drawback is that it won't be delivered until January. Blah.
I love the feeling in this store! And I've been thrilled with the dining chairs I bought. The service was great. The furniture is all so beautiful.
The sales girl there was so rude. My friend and I went to look at clothes and she made the rudest comments to us. Made us feel dumb and sat on her phone. My friend and I decided to just leave because she was so mean to us. We didn’t even do anything to her but ask for help. No clue why they allow such people to work there 😳
Example of comment: my friend needed help zipping up her dress. The sales girl said “ I don’t understand what’s so hard. You just go up” and then acted annoyed as she helped us.
Truly fantastic service while shopping for quality, beautiful home furnishings. We were so well cared for by knowledgeable staff; found pieces that fit great in our home and the prices were right. Thank you Down East! Well done, we’ll be back!
