Great staff. I've been to other physical therapists that show you a set of exercises then leave you on your own. They work closely with you here, monitoring your form and revising your routine as needed. Very hands on!

The staff always greets you by name when you arrive. The place is clean and all of the tables are adequately spaced. The staff wears masks at all times. The equipment is cleaned after each use. They make sure you understand how to do the exercises at home and in the clinic.

Really happy I chose Jag-One to do my PT after having sugery. Sam and the other therapist are amazing and make you feel at home. They definitely have the tools and exercises you need to get back to feeling like yourself in no time, if you put in the work!
