You can’t go wrong with either Therapist. Dr. Mo and Mike take their time to understand where you are experiencing pain and will try any of their advanced techniques to make sure you achieve relief. The staff is also AMAZING! Lucy and Tara are always friendly and look to accommodate my busy schedule. They have created an atmosphere that goes beyond helping patients with physical therapy. You will always walk out with a few good laughs and if you’re lucky enough a good recipe from another patient with the open warm supportive layout.

There all new Kenilworth NJ location is amazing.Clean,proffesional,and most important knowledgeable and caring staff.Cant say enough about both doctors.Also there new cryotherapy machine is state of the art and does wonders for my arthristis.If your looking for a new pt or just all around body recovery facility this place is a must.

This place is awesome! Was having problems with my lower back for months, physical therapy was the only relief. The two therapists Mike and Mo make you feel like you're in the comfort of your own home. They're super easy to talk to, down to earth, and hilarious. My back has been feeling great after a few months of PT, that I haven't had to go back recently. But if I ever do need to, this is the first place I'll go! Highly recommend 100%.

From start to finish, Tru Method is the place to go to for physical therapy. This was the first time I needed physical therapy and not only were they highly recommended by my doctor, but several people advised me to give them a try and I’m so happy I did.
