Shopping here was super easy, but what I love more is that they stand by their guarantee. My son ripped a pair of their four-way stretch pants (which he LOVES, by the way) and they shipped a replacement— altered and everything— right to him. Great customer service!! Will go there for my next missionary son for sure!
Wonderful store!! They have so many great things for missionaries. We found a fantastic pair of shoes that's waterproof, comfortable and sooo cute. And they came with the perfect recommendation- the darling employee who helped us had the exact same pair on her mission and said they were her favorites. She told us how to make them last the whole time and just gave excellent advise on many things! Highly recommend this store!

I’ve LOVED coming to this outlet store! The staff members have been so incredibly helpful. I needed to get several suits for a film shot locally, and they have been so good about helping me find the right sizes without being able to have actors try them on at the store.
Definitely recommend this location, and will be coming back for personal clothing needs outside of this project!
Their Springville location customer service is excellent! They were attentive and diligent to help me find the items and sizes I was a looking for. I highly recommend them!
