Horrible!nBrought my grandmothers ring to have a diamond replaced.. they told me I would also need to dip the prongs to reenforce them to protect other diamonds which I paid for... I wore the ring 3 times and the same diamond fell out... right away the unfriendly staff told me it was out of warranty which mind you the covid quarantine didn’t allow me to bring it the day it fell out... right away they want to place the blame on me... they told me I’d need to dip the prongs which I paid for last time and they told me I didn’t which I had my receipt to prove it... I just want everyone to read the reviews before they purchase or service any jewelry from here... completely unprofessional staff and service! Wish I read the reviews before I got ripped off... my service which wasn’t serviced was at the Holmdel NJ store

The service and assistance was excellent, until I had a problem!!!nI brought a ring to be reset. Just to be on the safe side. It was handed down to me by my late Aunt ❤ufe0f The professionalism is completely corporate. I figured that by going to a seasoned and versed Jewelry Store... would ensure a master craftsman level of reliability.nThe stone lasted 7 months and to my shock and dismay was Gone!!! I am a Barber by trade and only wore the ring on occasion. I waited to call because , honestly I was devastated!nI called last week and have not heard a word, or received a call. It is probably past the warranty.nA Phone call back or anything would be forthright for the error is clearly on them.nMy Review is Buyers Beware...nNina CareynMiddletown NJ
