Holmdel Fire Company #2

This is a great department. I used to live in Holmdel. I remember this one time when I was a teenager I was living at 110 Persimmon lane, my mother was cooking dinner and at some point the fire alarm went off due to some smoke coming from the kitchen, I think the food was burning or something went wrong with the stove, anyway we could not turn off the alarm so we called the fire department and they came within minutes and thank god they did because the smoke got really bad in the house. They went all around the house and aired it out completely and of course made sure we were all alright. It was funny we told them we were cooking a family diner and something went really wrong. They said I hope it was wroth it. LOL, Fireman are the best, god bless them all and keep them safe always. Thank you guys for your service.

Respond quickly but have a tendency to turn a small problem into a giant headache. I had a small issue with smoke coming out of my dishwasher form the circuit board getting blown out. They decided to rip up my dishwasher so now I have to replace my dishwasher and get someone to use it.nnIt’s a great example of repairing a cut on your finger by chopping the finger off.

Great team in service, very professional, and quick to respond in need. The 2 experiences I've had they helped with their calm, and hopeful outlook in a scary situation. They respond to more than fires, with paramedics etc, all in all glad to have them near by. Heroes
