Very good company. I have been doing business with Snowball for some years and the technicians always try to solve the issues with the minimum visits. I have found them to be very cost effective.
I looked for someone local, not national or regional chain, which often cut corners. One of my residences is in outskirts of Alexandria, KY. They are located not far away, just south of Cincinnati, across from Ohio river. We are in a secluded location, in the midst of many acres of forest, so bugs are a problem. Snowball Pest Control treats us four times a year: two inside and out and two out, for a decent price. They have earned some good reputation, apparently, since I saw their vans and trucks in Cincinnati proper, including around where I work - in the University of Cincinnati and Medical School area. We are very satisfied with their service. They answer their phones, are friendly, come as scheduled and do their job well.
Snowball as a whole company is great! Mike is our normal tech and he is always easy to communicate with, quick but thorough with his treatments. Mike explains things to us in a way we can understand and he's just overall a great tech and a great representation for Snowball as a company.
Snowball Pest Control is the best pest control company out there! Mike Maloney, in my opinion, is one of the best techs of theirs. He is always professional, informative, on time & does a wonderful job treating! I would highly recommend Snowball to anyone looking to treat pests & request Mike if you can!
there is NOTHING negative to say about this company. Great service, respectful of your home. Never make a mess with muddy shoes. Highly recommend them.
