First time at the shop today. The interior is so amazing, I could spend probably an hour in there and still not catch all the detail and cool things. It would be awesome to see the rest of the shop and its tools. Covi was lovely to work with. She was open and attentive to all my questions and ideas I had for my hat, but gave plenty of her own great advice and suggestions that I'm sure will make the final product much better. I can't fully speak for the quality of the hats yet until I receive mine, but the hats Covi showed me while we were designing mine all felt and looked amazing. I'm sure the other reviews here can speak much more for Tatton Baird's quality. All in all, my first experience here was awesome and I can't wait to come back in.

Just ordered my hat from them last Wednesday. They definitely pay attention to all the details. I had a general idea of what I wanted and Covie took the time to answer all my questions. I’m looking forward to the finished product.

Excellent customer service! Outstanding! Called into the shop and had tons of questions for them. The owner took his time and personally called me back today. He was so knowledgeable and understanding of my needs and took the time to answer each and every question that I had. Thanks Chandler you're the man!

If you are looking for a custom designed and fitted hat, fedora, bowler, derby, trilby, cowboy or something else, this is the place to go. They can build one from scratch or restore your great grandpa's hat to your liking
