Great experience with Heavenly Treasures ! They are one of the very few N.A. companies that import Italian charms. I ordered 3, and while the order was very long coming (over 3 months), they warned ahead of time shipments from Italy were sporadic, and it may take some time - so good job managing expectations ! Any inquiries I made via the toll free # were answered promptly and the lady at Customer Service was unfailingly helpful and polite. Her Southern accent with kind of rad too. :) Love my new charms. Will order from H.T. again.
Awesome pair of earrings came quickly. I ordered them on a Thursday and they came the next day. I ordered Hersheys kiss earrings and will buy from them the rest of the set. Can't wait to save enough for the necklace and bracelet. I would and will be coming back to Heavenly Treasures. They have great customer service as I called before ordering to make sure it was a real company. They answered promptly and offered to assist me in any way possible. Great company. Will be back.
I have made 3 purchases since June 2, 2014. Their prices are great and customer service even more so. They shipped out a bracelet when I realized I should have ordered a smaller size. I called to let them know and they were happy to give me an exchange - no problem. They sent me a prepaid RMA and I am looking forward to receiving the replacement. I am 100% satisfied and will continue buy from them when the need arises. I would highly recommend them.
