Unemployment Insurance Office

As soon as you walk into the place they look at you like you're a low-life. and then if you want to ask a simple question they will reply back with a attitude they make you feel a shame just for asking. if you reply back with an attitude yourself they will have you wait for hours. They're not open now due to covid-19 it's that bad I've been waiting since October it's already in the middle of February and I still haven't receive my regular unemployment.

No one ever answers ,no correspondence for over a month waiting for call back ...They are not telling applicants where when a d or status of claim ...my wife out of work two months and some. TERRIBLE SITUATION SRATE IS REALLY DROPPING THE BALL

Same issue as everyone else, I’ve been calling for over a week every-single day at least twice a day a no answer, how did they manage to screw up so bad that no one receives an answer?! Also the website is horrible! Please the fix the bugs in the website and put actual people to answer calls. And even if you are short staffed I’m sure there are plenty of people who are willing to work

Terrible when you call they direct you to no one service is horrible
