Our family has been going to Shin Brothers for over 20 years. Excellent quality. Excellent and friendly service. Great prices. Mr. Shin and his staff are so attentive and helpful in finding that perfect piece of jewelry. There is a tremendous selection to choose from. They will also make a custom piece as well as do quality repairs. I highly recommend them and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
I only been there twice, and all I can say is that I can’t imagine myself going to a any other jewelry store. From the moment you walk in, your greeted as if your a family member visiting. The prices are more than fare. There’s something there for anyone and everything looks amazing. But what truly makes this location special are the people who work there. The service itself is the reason why will shop there for as long as I can.
Nothing but positive reviews for Shin Brothers! I definitely recommend this place. I found them through Google after being let down by some jewelers in my area and I am so glad I did. Not only do they have a beautiful selection of jewelry but they also have amazing prices. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Liz; her professionalism and down to earth demeanor makes every experience at Shin’s nothing short of amazing. Liz is very informative and provides great insight to understand every little detail, without putting any pressure to make a purchase. I don’t usually write reviews.... however I loved going there so much today I felt I needed to share. After being 1st quoted one price by another jewelry, Shin was able to do the same job for less than HALF the price, and have it done in 10 minutes (The other place told me 2 weeks!). The staff was so friendly and lovely (especially Liz), I will never go to another jeweler again. Also, they have such a good selection... I was able to find other piece of jewelry I had been looking for in the 10 min I was waiting. Can’t say enough good things!
