Rosemarie Levine - State Farm Insurance Agent

While I really enjoy working with State Farm, I have not enjoyed working with this office. When I moved last year, I called to update my renter's policy. Apparently, they never did it. Procuring insurance is meant to protect oneself from risk. It is distressing when an insurance office neglects their responsibilities, potentially subject a policyholder to the very risk they paid to avoid. I will continue you to work with State Farm as a company. That said, I would not recommend this particular office to anyone given their poor management practices.nnIn reply to Ms. Levine's statement: It is rather revealing that you've elected to defend your business without apologizing for the gross oversight of your office; doing both was possible. I'm glad I have experienced wonderful customer service from the other State Farm agencies I have worked with. Because of them I realize that what happened with your office was an exception rather than the rule with State Farm. Again, I highly recommend State Farm, but I cannot recommend your particular agency.

We have been customers of Rosemarie for over 30 years, and we have stayed with her because of her immediate responsiveness and knowledgeable office staff. We have our home and auto insurance with State Farm and have never had an issue. They are the greatest!
