I’ve insured my vehicles here since I was about 18 years old, I’m now almost 32 and now also bundled homeowners. I’ve dealt with Sue K for many years and she has made everything smooth for me; always a great help and extremely prompt. I’ve had over 30 vehicles and insured most of them here and she always makes the process seamless. The rates have always been the lowest and I’ve never had any reason to change companies. Highly recommended.

I called Sue to file a homeowners claim, only to find out I'm not covered for the loss. My agent did not offer me any insurance on my household contents. No jewelry, watches, guns, or even silverware coverage!! Even though they have collected commission on my account, they don't give a hoot about my claim. I do not recommend!!!

They should treat their customers with respect and integrity. Do your research before doing business with them, there are better options available then this company. VERY DISSATISFIED PROSPECT CUSTOMER :( .
