Vintage has done the title work on multiple refinances for me. This place is an absolutely top notch title company. Entire staff is super knowledgeable and helpful and responsive. Very safe during covid with mask wearing and accommodating out door closings under a heat lamp in cold weather. Jason makes you feel extremely educated and confident at the closing table and is a phenomenal and positive end to what is an otherwise stressful process. Recommend this company to anyone purchasing or refinancing a home!

What an awesome experience! It started from an initial quote estimate that I received from Linda back in March; her responsiveness was a delight above other title companies that I shopped arond quote estimates. Even when I ended up not canceling my initial refinance application with a new lender, I kept Vintage Title Services in mind for my future application with my existing lender in October 2020 which closed successfully today!nnThank you especially for being very accommodating with last-minute hurdles and at-home closing requests. Overall, a wonderful company with people that care about treating you well and with integrity! Two thumbs up!!

Jason and his team are great! Stepped up when it mattered and were extremely attentive to all questions throughout the process. Extremely professional and a pleasure to work with!

I recently sold my house and this company was the buyers title company. They sent the mortgage settlement funds with incorrect account details and the entire mortgage settlement money remained untraced for several weeks. I got alerted when I found the entire loan balance staying outstanding even after ten days of closing. When I called the mortgage company they said they never received any money. That’s when I contacted the buyer’s realtor who then contacted this title company. After this a fund tracing case was opened which revealed that the title company made an error while sending the funds. And even after that it wasn’t easy to get updates from this company. Anyways, they had to get a brand new payoff letter which happens to be after the closing was already done. So, I have no way of understating the details. Anyways, my experience was really bad and unfortunate and would not recommend this company to others. Just be careful when you work with them.
