Best apartment community in Clifton. Apartment layout is great, responsive maintenance staff and leasing office lady was great. Wish they had a pool but the rooftop patio is cool.

So I have lived here for about a month now and for the most part it is really a great place. But the internet speeds are atrocious. Usquare claims to have high speed internet but to have high speed internet you must have a minimum of 25mbps. That is the maximum most of the time. I have clocked the download speeds at under an mbps before. All of my classes are online right now and so I need a decent connection but I have had to go to friends places because my internet was so poor it couldnt load a zoom call. Also if I am in a zoom call I can not do anything else or I will lose connection. This is an awful problem and desperately needs to be fixed.nnI have attached an image to show some of the speeds I have gotten since I moved in on 8/18/20.
