They don't call back when u leave a message and they never refill my meds without weeks of call and leaving messages by me or the pharmacy. Its really inconvenient. I've been dealing with painful swelling in my hands with other symptoms. And when they test me for something and it comes back neg they don't bother looking any farther im in constant pain they don't know what's causing it and they don't care to find the problem like just bc there test is neg im not still uncomfortable and in pain...its very upsetting ..

I only gave one extra star because Dr. Gupta at least had decent bedside manner. I dealt with a large kidney stone for about 7 months before it literally decided to come out on its own. During that 7 months I was struggling with this office staff. RWJ hospital did a cat scan initially after I was in excruciating pain and found out about the stone. They gave me morphine and sent me home with some RXs and a referral for Dr Nikhil Gupta (who no longer works at the office). I took my pills to try to pass the stone on my own and it wasn’t working so I scheduled a surgery and an ultrasound before surgery. I did the ultrasound and the day before my scheduled surgery, Dr. Gupta calls me up to let me know that the stone is gone. I was so happy and celebrated lol. But then a few weeks later, the excruciating pain came back. I was sent for a second renal and bladder ultrasound (I’m paying for all of this) and they still did not see the stone. Months went by of me being scared of an attack, with them coming on every 2 weeks or so, me calling out of work (I never call out), etc. I called Dr Gupta to tell him (the week before the stone came out) that my symptoms felt different, that I was having pain but it now hurts when I urinate, as if there’s a blockage. He said it DEFINITELY isn’t anything to do with the stone, and he couldn’t help me. I went to see a gynecologist who told me that it had to be a stone because it definitely isn’t an infection. Lo and behold, I picked the stone up out of my toilet bowl shortly after and no pain since. ud83dude4cud83cudffc I found out that there were more tests that could have been done but I was given up on. The staff was ruuude. The girls at the desk seem like you’re annoying them (I was never rude or insulting, I work in customer service so I would never). I would not recommend this office at ALL. I could have saved myself a lot of pain had I gone somewhere else.

Nice place. They are taking proper precautions required during covid.

They don't want to talk to you. Calling them is like pulling teeth. And when you get to a machine finally it's usually full.nnHow the heck does a business operate like that?

Here we get and important medical call, my wife is told to call back and on my call I had to find out information and I also called them left a message and no call back. A Dr is only as good as there staff and if the staff does not call to get information to give the doctor that doctor is sunk.
