Concentra Urgent Care

My visit was an overall great experience, staff was kind, sociable and professional. I would definitely recommend this type of care for anyone seeking an alternative to going to a traditional hospital. Only downside was the wait time but compared to hospital and considering the new policies n issues due to COVID is understandable.

Twice here, first time 4 hour wait. For a note to go back to work 100%. Second time appointment made, closing in 15 minutes, still waiting to take out 4 stitches. If I could give a negative rating, I would. This isn't medical care, this is a disgrace. Whomever gives this place anything more than 2 stars its a fake review. Co workers have to get here, for workman's comp clams. Appointment doesn't matter, 2 hours plus you will wait

I would give no stars because this place is terrible. The wait times are extremely long. Nothing is urgent at this place. PT dept is good but to see the doctor you wait forever even with an appointment. I got up and left one time after waiting over 1hr 30min. The staff forgets your in the exam room and you will be left waiting until someone discovers you. Twice I was the last person to leave. I would not come here but my job sent me here. Worst place ever!!!!

First visit went well.nWas not happy that I made a appointment and was brought in 30 min after my appointment time.nOther than that, it was a good visit.nEveryone was friendly.

Was a busy day at you office but I expected that since I was a walk in. The time past quickly and before long I was called back to a secure room where I was asked to provide a sample. I like the idea of how you secured the toilet and took the sample to secure that quickly after I was done. I was provided a copy of report that get sent to testing of sample.
