Ivy Rehab has a wonderful staff. The front desk has been extremely helpful with insurance issues and they always work with us on our appt scheduling. Out PT Lydia is AMAZING! (She should get her own 5 stars.) Lydia has worked on our children's various body parts to get them back to what they love doing best...being kids. We also went for our own adult aches and pains and the entire staff is excellent! Without hesitation, our entire family would recommend Ivy Rehab.

The entire staff at Ivy Rehab in Monroe are excellent. Each are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Currently working with Jeff, who is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I feel better each time I leave thanks to Jeff and the entire staff at Ivy Rehab.

In last 2 years, after trying acupuncture and chiropractor, my physician insisted that I go for phisical therapy. That was the first break from knee, shoulder and back pain. I am was lucky to have Anthony as my therapist. He evaluated my condition, reviewed his game plan with me.nnWithin a week, I started to see the difference. Anthony gave me a few exercises that I can do at home. In 6 months, I was ready to take on the world. I stopped therapy but continued exercise. At my age(75), I did not expect this kind of recovery.nnWhen my shoulder started acting up, went back for a few weeks, and I am good again.nnBottom line is, they are truly professional, they know what they are doing, they are good at the customer care. As I age more, periodically, I will go back to be whole again.

Dr. Norton and the rest of the staff have been extremely kind and caring. They always make sure you are comfortable. The facility is very clean. They have been on time with the appointments made, no waiting!!! I would definetely recommend.
