Monroe Jewelers

Went in to get links added to watch band. I asked if their $5.00 coupon could be used. Ray started screaming at me, instead of calmly explaining it couldn't be used. He insulted me saying if I needed $5.00 that badly he would give me $5.00. He told me not to pay if I wanted. I paid him $5.00 plus 2.00 for selling a silver ring. I felt abused by his disgusting language which was not business like or professional. I will not frequent this business even though it is close to my home.

I have gone to this store a few times for both jewelry resizing of rings. All repairs were done without flaw. I have also sold gold there and received good service and a fair cash price. Recommend!

Glad a trusting jewelry store is in the area. The jewelers are friendly and helpful. I go there for watch batteries and bands, sell gold, repair necklaces and buy jewelry. I recommend the store.
