It was a very unprofessional experience & stressful. Follow up was non-existant. Our agent Hiral was knowledgeable about Medicare supplemental options but dropped the ball when it came to processing & submitting. My husband was finally enrolled but when it was time for my enrollment my calls & emails were ignored. I gave up & went with an agent at United Medicare Advisors. It was a wonderful experience & I was enrolled immediately!

I received a great rate in March 2019 for two cars and ended up cancelling my old insurance co. Agent Shouri Johnson @ Martin F G helped with the low quote but did not mention or point out on my policy document that one traffic or parking ticket will renew my policy to next premium and increase by $400!!!! If you are planning to go with this company, make sure to ask about ticket violation and how it will effect your next premium! Maybe it needs to be verified with any car insurance company! Now I know better.

Called them for a quote on Friday morning because my current policy was expiring EOD Friday. The Agent on help sent me a reasonable quote which I wanted to move forward with. But he had to leave at 12:30 PM and did not have alternative coverage. So, he informs me that he cannot process the policy for me.
