Wow for a company that’s been around as long as they have they should really work on their customer service skills. I called for a simple question. The guy answers the phone I ask if he has a minute he says no are you going to buy something. My response was no I have a question about cleaning and ring repair he says call back after the holidays. What a joke. Definitely not wasting my time with a business like that. Glad i can only rate 1 because i would definitely rate way less then 1.
