I was working for company in this building and was told I would have free parking. The company even verified that I was working there today and the manager would not allow me to park. I am handicapped. I ended up being an hour late because not only do I not really know my way around Cincinnati, but also a 10 minute walk takes me 40 minutes. The fact that they verified that I was working there should’ve been enough after he called me a liar. His exact words “Yeah, I’ve had 25 other liars tell me the same thing today, which is why there are no more parking spots,“ and yet I had someone verify that I was working there from the building, and he still wouldn’t let me in the garage for a total of four hours today. I have never dealt with such an ignorant person (turns out he’s the manager!!)
This review is about the parking garage on Calhoun Street. The parking garage advertises with a $1 rate for 90 minutes. Turned out my 7 minutes parking in there to pick something up was slightly more expensive: they charged me $7 for 7 minutes of parking. Not even valet service is that expensive. The customer service was not helpful at all, unfriendly and generally unpleasant to speak with.
