Hickory Run Family Practice

The female doctors are really great but I wouldn’t recommend going to one of the male doctors if you are a woman. They tend to make me feel very uncomfortable. The only other complaint I would have is that one of the receptionists, Beth, was very rude to me when I tried to cancel an appointment. She was very short with me and ended up abruptly saying “bye” and hanging up on me before I could explain why I was cancelling.

Known as scam artists... They will constantly bill you for a co pay no matter how many times you pay. When you confront them they say it will never happen again... Low and behold You will get a bill again... They are here for your money not your health... Anywhere else is better then this mess of establishment!!

Every experience with the staff and medical staff of this family practice has been excellent. The staff is courteous, respectful, friendly and ready to assist in any way possible. The Nurses and Doctors are professional, personable and down-to-earth folks who genuinely care about their patients. No large medical practice can shine a light on the expertise or personality of these folks in this practice.

Absolutely LOVE Dr.J!! I've been going to him since I was a young girl and seek him for Everything,medical advice, second opinion,routine check ups, etc. Now that I have a newborn I dont trust anyone but him and sing his praises to everyone. The office staff is great and always accommodates me when they can. I appreciate it!

Very understanding and professional staff. Down-to-earth, empathetic, and genuinely caring people that see the whole person-not just their medical ailment. Dr. Williams is who I've been seeing, and I feel lucky to have found a family doctor with her depth of knowledge and ability to connect to her patients.
