I'll start with the good. I was up early on a Monday morning and they were open and they cooked what I wanted perfectly, which matters. However, they are shady AF when it comes to placing your to go order. Tax is on the order which is to be expected in KY. However they are taking on 10% carry out fee and not disclosing it to you. Not appreciated and not warranted given the competition for restaurant customers right now.
Good service. Good food. It's terrible now. Locations stop serving eat in food by 9pm till 6am. There are 2 servers/cook all nightnThese servers make $2.50 hr. They don't mim.wage. Who tips on take out food!nWAFFLE CORPORATION DO BETTER.
The staff was really nice food was good the only thing was I paid for hash browns with onions ham and cheese I got home and the hash browns didn't have any ham in them so I was disappointed
The place was pretty clean to be a waffle house and our server was pretty good. The food was hot and tasty to. All in all it was a good meal experience.
I've never really had any problems here the service has always been pretty good and the food's always been good I've never had a problem with anything really pretty good Waffle House I would say special be right here in Covington who would think LOL
