Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had. They cleaned everything I brought in perfectly and appraised a lot for me too. They even redesigned a very expensive crazy old ring and made it look beyond amazing. Their prices blew me away too. I couldn’t imagine a fairer deal. Go there!!!

Beautiful... All the colors of the rainbow. Sharon and her team are so nice. I brought my 9yo daughter in for the Open House, and they took the time to explain the difference in the stones, and the process of cutting them for the best display, etc. Amazing. My mind is still blown by the array of gems. The jewelry designs are stunning, too.

I have been working with The Gem Vault for over 20 years. I have had many custom pieces made over the years that have always exceeded my expectations. I am a lousy artist, but I can go in there with a crude rendition of what I want, and Jason will nail the design every time, and sometimes add a little surprise to the design. If you knew me, you’d know that I would never continue to work with someone if their work was below par. And...in addition, the entire staff is always a pleasure.
