Very friendly Doctor and staff. Doctor was very courteous and took his time with me answering any questions or concerns

I called multiple times to refill my father's prescription and no answer from the office. Today, finally, someone answered and they promised me my father’s medication would be ready. When I arrive to CVS, 2 hours after my phone call. The CVS pharmacist stated the office never called CVS to refill the medication. I called the office at 5:31 pm when they are supposed to be open and the answering machine was on.

If i could give zero stars i would, third time i wait over an hour and a half. last time i came, i waited over three hours. I don't really know why my parents love this guy so much. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy because this torture no one deserves it . Today, i waited Two hours and a half AND i arrived half hour early. I got fed up so i approached the secretary to see if they had anything the day after early in the morning because i was not going to wait two more hours. So i asked the secretary and she told me there was one more person before me and the Doctor was at lunch with appointment waiting for him over two hours already. I asked her if i was going to wait for at least another hour and she was clueless , and couldn't give me an answer.

Just like with every medical office, waiting is the normality. To those who have hateful words against the one primary care that has heard your every complaint and resolved your medical ailments, this is the Thanks you give to him? Regardless you waited 2-3 hours for him, I rather wait the hours needed to get the attention deserved rather than be rushed by a non professional physician assistant who later has to consult with the actual doctor. Dr. Arias does actually care and spends the adequate time with his patients. If you whine for the waiting time, go somewhere else that accommodates your ego.
