Baffled as to how this office got any good reviews. Staff are unprofessional and incapable of handling a job that requires multi-tasking and accommodating patients, especially the receptionist. Extremely disappointed by their lack of bedside manner. When initially attempting to make an appointment, their office phone rings and rings (a good 1-2 minutes so don’t give up if you actually want an appointment), finally the receptionist picks up and I inquired about making an appointment as a new patient. She was unclear as to what she was saying but informed me that someone would call me back to make an appointment. 1 week by with NO call. FIRST RED FLAG. So I called after 1 week and again, after multiple rings, the receptionist finally picks up and I told her that she said someone would call me but they never did. She disregarded what I said and made me an appointment during the morning on a weekday. Since I work a corporate job my hours are not as flexible so I asked if there were any other dates available and all she had to say was “No.” Isn’t it her job as a receptionist to check if any other appointments are available?? But alas since I finally got an appointment I brushed off her lack of work ethic in the hopes that the actual appointment would run better.nnCome appointment day I arrive on time and sign in as a new patient. I wait 10-15 minutes and not a word from the receptionist! I went up to her and ASKED if there were any forms I had to sign as a new patient. This is when she decides she wants to give me some forms to sign and THEN check my temperature. SECOND RED FLAG. Receptionist clearly has no regard for time management, patients, basic etiquette, or covid safety. How does she keep a job??? 1 hour passes from the time I was scheduled for the appointment and I ask the receptionist for an update on time and when I would be able to see the doctor as I needed to get back to work. She looked at me with blank eyes and said the doctor was running late for an emergency. Normally I would be okay with this but shouldn’t the receptionist inform the patients about this delay when they sign in?? THIRD RED FLAG. I told her that I’m just going to leave because I have to get back to work and again with her blank eyes she said sorry and that was the end of the conversation. I was shocked by her lack of professionalism. She should have offered any other available appointments, etc. But again nothing. She clearly does not care.nnI can’t give a review of the doctor as I didn’t actually get to meet her, but honestly given the way her staff behaves I never want to come back and anyone that clearly cares about their health and wants a pleasant and safe experience should stay away. Your staff is indicative of the kind of care patients will get and if they can't even handle the basics of their workload then how can this qualify as good healthcare?? The reviews with good ratings are probably fake. Save your time and don't go here.

It depends what your priorities are, good quality caring doctors are a rare breed these days; if you want one that cares, treats you like a human and provides a caring 1:1 experience then look no further. You will get a high-quality health care experience and support specially in these days when doctors are trying to move patients or limit interactions.nGreat staff.

I've been going to Dr. Campoalegre since I moved to NJ. She's a great doctor who gives patients the time that they need. She's very knowledgeable and someone I trust. I plan to keep going to her as long as she continues to practice medicine.

Outstanding physician, able to diagnose and explain my condition in details. Educated and caring for her patients and, something very important, is very human. Excellent staff!!!

Professional and an excellent doctor. Take care of all your symptoms and hurts. Listen and answer with patience all your doubts and questions. I recommend her 100 %.
