I have not been in this office personally, or treated by this Dr. either; however I do work at another Dr.'s office and their phone etiquette and manners are not that great for it to be a Dr's office.It's hard to get someone pick up the phone when someone should ALWAYS be at the front desk. The phone number needs to be updated because the number ending at (9491) is never answered. Also, not everybody that calls the Dr's office speaks Spanish; the front desk staff should be trained to deal with both English and Spanish speakers. I usually don't leave criticism at reviews but it's very frustrating not been able to get a hold of someone at a Dr office when a lot of things depends on timing.

Terrible comunicación and my appointment was at 3pm and waited for 2 hrs.
