This dentistry is very unprofessional and unwilling to help new customers to say the least.nnI had a horrible experience with them. I called them regarding booking an appointment as this was my first time with them and provided my dental insurance details. Got the appointment and showed up on time. 20 minutes after waiting, the receptionist tells me they cannot accept my insurance because I am assigned to another dentist.nnAt this point, I call my insurance provider and they say they can transfer me to this dentistry within minutes and ask the receptionist to tell same. However, she says its not possible to both me and my insurance provider who talked with her through my cell.nnThis is very careless as I had provided my insurance details beforehand and even asked to confirm whether I am covered to which they were affirmative. Visited them during a work day too, logging my limited sick hours in work. Very dissatisfied.
