What more can I say about this company, other than STELLAR! I travel frequently for both business & family obligations, and always dread the trips to & from the airport. Until now...I was referred to Jonathan Dale Transportation by a business associate who raved about them. Now I know why. Our driver arrived at our home promptly at the scheduled time, loaded our luggage into the car, opened the door for us, and immediately drove us to the airport. The trip was pleasant, the car clean & well maintained, and our driver extremely friendly while being professional. He engaged in conversation with both myself & my 13 year old niece, and was able to chat with each of us about topics we were interested in (business for me, tennis for her!). We arrived fairly quickly to the airport, he immediately located the correct terminal & airline, and the drop-off was painless & stress free. He again helped us with our luggage, made sure we had everything, and we were in fact early for our flight. Our return to NJ was the same. He was there to meet us right on time, even before we came through customs (he had checked the flight arrival updates on an app they use which is very handy if your flight is delayed), had a sign with our name on it (my niece LOVED that), and promptly led us to baggage claim, getting our luggage & then escorted us to the car. We were in the car, on the way home quickly, and arrived at our house in very reasonable time. All I can say is that anything that removes the stress of traveling, and gives me peace of mind in knowing I will make it safely and on time to my flight, is worth it. Their pricing was reasonable, and I was able to pay by cash or credit card, which I appreciated as a business person. I would recommend this company for both short and long trips, and in fact we have already booked our next trip with them this upcoming week. They have gained a loyal customer in us - thanks again Jonathan Dale Transportation!

Jonathan Dale Transportation is the very best limo service. We called the company last minute rom the cruise port and they delivered. The price was right. The driver was professional. The car was clean. They were on time. What more could you ask for!

I needed help getting to the airport and our driver went above and beyond he held doors, was courteous, loaded and unload our luggage. They were prompt and very helpful.

Jonathan Dale and his staff were exemplary. They made Adjustment at the last minute to accommodate my wedding. We booked two Limos and a 56 passenger bus as a shuttle to travel between the wedding and the reception and the hotel. Jonathan Dale transportation went over and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend his services . He even provided a free car to transport my wife and I from our hotel to the airport. Bottom line Jonathan Dale transportation was the best.

Fabulous customer service even with last min ute changes. Jonathan is accomadateing and driver was lovely. Truely a 5 star service.
