Corgi Spirits at the Jersey City Distillery

We like a lot to go out. Last night we went to this superb place which friends told us about. We passed a delightful time there with exceptional food and a courteous stuff and a distinguished chef. We added this place in our list and we shall certainly come back very soon. We highly recommend.

Great spirits. They make awesome mixed drinks. And have a lot of fun events at the distillery.

I booked a private cocktail making class for my boyfriend's birthday and everything was amazing.nnSara was fantastic from setting everything up via email/phone to being our host the actual day-of. She taught us so many cool tricks, made us feel so comfortable during the class, and was so fun. We had an absolute blast thanks to her!nnThey have some of the cleanest spirits we've tasted at any distillery. You can tell they are masters of their craft, from distilling to cocktail making.nnHighly recommend going here any day!

Finally tried out Corgi after 4 years living in JC. Friendly staff. The drinks are creative. Really liked the Queen Herb with gin vs vodka. Place starts getting crowded around 5:30. We saw the Hudson City Rats play the night we were here. They were pretty good. All in all a cool little setup.

Nice pit stop and detour to visit a place that's been on our list for a while. Nice cocktails and friendly staff with events and music depending on the day. Support local businesses and dog friendly places!
