AirTrain Newark P4

Very poor train system. Slow and you have catch multiple trains just to get to parking. Skip the train and walk.

The air tran is the worst - breaks down more times than it works. It’s surprising how unreliable transportation is in the US, especially in a city like nyc with 2/3 dysfunctional airports.

Every time they change schedules, they stop on a busy service and reverse trains during busy days. Whomever works for this place needs to be removed and need more caring people. Even a single star is too much. Horrible for all passengers. Although it improved, still needs work. It starts with caring.

Absolutely delighted that I can rate this!! Worst excuse for a tram system on the PLANET. Took 22 minutes to go two stops from the Amtrak to C terminal. Waited forever at P4. Train is so slow, pack mules could carry passengers and their luggage faster and with a better customer satisfaction score.

Parking is ok. But allow over an hour to reach this garage from any terminal if your flight is late night due to the AirTrain reduced schedule. Not what you want at 2am after a long flight.nnTrains randomly reverse direction and dont move as indicated on the signs.
