If i can gave it 0 stars i will the man was very rude and disrespectful he close the door on me and was rude and was telling a whole different story when my mom came and he had a attitude with me he also made fun of my dyslexia but before there was a employee name Anthony the was so nice and i will go everyday and will help me with my homework he was like my truer

Besides staff being too loud... (Aren't u supposed to be quiet in a library??) My complaint is the custodian. I'm 'assuming' he THINKS I am coming from a known drug spot very near by & the 1st time I went to use the bathroom, he told me it was out of order (as I see a patron go use the restroom.) So I wanted to see if my suspicion was correct. I'd stop in every once in a while & EVERY SINGLE TIME I'd try to use the restroom, he'd appear out of nowhere & tell me every single time that it was out of order. ud83dude20ud83dude21 Why should I have to feel very uncomfortable whenever I go in there? N it not always to use the restroom!!!

If you need a quite place to sit and work, you have found it. This library offers fantastic accommodation for working professionals, students and the likes..

The staff is unhelpful... I went in to use the copy machine and it messed up the first copy of all that I copied, so I told the “gentlemen” at the front desk that happened and he basically told me it’s nothing he could do... I I had to pay more money to get other copies... I don’t know who reads this, but that staff needs sensitivity classes... I will never use or recommend that facility to anyone....

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of many things that a person need and I wish they would hurry up and find a place for the Westside public library.
