Helzberg Diamonds

Jeweler is the worst. Had a matte finish on my ring and he buffed it out. The sales person said it they thought it was dirty ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0fit's a matte finish. They have no idea what they are doing there. They also buffed out the inside of the ring, so now it doesn't say anything. Completely incompetent. Avoid getting any jewelry fixed there. Would give 0 stars. But I'll be sure to contact corporate about this awful and heartbreaking experience.
