Went in here not knowing what to expect. I was referred here by a saleswoman in Macy's. I spoke to the owner and he completely understood my goal resizing the ring and changing the stone to my birthstone. He was able to put an emerald in there. (Which looks beautiful btw). And resize it to my ring finger in about an hour. WOW!!!nnVery happy customer will recommend to family and friends.

First time in store and had wonderful experience. Able to select a beautiful nameplate and chain. Will definitely refer to other customers. Will keep this store for my other jewelry needs!
