FDNY Battalion 21 & Engine 152

We need help at the nursing home at 135 Vanderbilt ave, the administration has taken it upon themselves to lock our back emergency exit & backyard with a huge lock & latch assembly w/philips head screws, this is both illegal, and morally wrong. We aren't allowed out in our own back yard with a 15 foot high fence, completely closed in, less than 7 people go back there, and the space is approx 200' x 200'. A firefighter in october told them to take the lock off immediately, which they did, as soon as the FDNY left, the lock was put back, we the residents have certain civil rights and cannot be subject to lying on our beds with no excersize nor any fresh air after dinner(6pm)until the next day (9am)this is both illegal and immorally wrong.
