Everyone in the office is very Caring. You get seen at your scheduled time. The Dr knows you by name without looking at your chart. Tatiana, Jackie, are all very qualified to handle and answer your questions. You have choices, I choose nerve blocks and ablations. Narcotics are not a choice for me. Especially for people who have breathing problems. So, if you are looking for those kinds of meds, don't be angry if you are turned down. Make sure if you cannot make your appointment, you call. You will be charged as a no call, no show. I can't say enough about all these wonderful people. Except, THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Ibrahim is an Outstanding Doctor.nHis bed manners are one of a kind.nnI am a patient who suffered back pain for over 15 years and no other Dr. Took time to find out what was wrong with me.nnHis staff overall is professional and caring.nSometimes they get a poor rating but no one includes the grief they are put through by the patients and family members.nnOne of a kind Dr. !!!!!!!!!!!

First visit, no problem. Follow up visit, I was seen by a nurse practitioner, not him. Third visit, he walks in, tells his assistant to leave us alone. He tells me that it had come to his attention that I had questioned their billing (which I did, an innocent question, I never said they did anything wrong, I simply asked to detail how they were going to bill since they are out of my network coverage). He then added that he was told by his office staff that I had also said I would refuse payment (which I absolutely never said, a blatant lie, I would never refuse payment, I have perfect credit and I would not ruin it by not paying a simple doctor's bill). I never raised my voice. I was never disrespectful. When I told him I was here for treatment, that I didn't understand where he was coming from with these questions, and that I didn't understand why he was offended, he became more agitated. Then literally kicked me out, yelling he didn't want my money. He refused to treat me even though I was in debilitating pain. The single worst experience in my life. Cannot believe a doctor would refuse treatment to a suffering patient for asking questions (two weeks prior to his office staff) that he didn't like. He seemed like a fair doctor on the first visit. He gets good reviews but my experience was real. It was embarrassing. And it was awful. But the worst part was that he let me leave knowing fully well I was in great pain.
