CityMD Bayonne Urgent Care - New Jersey

I was treated with good care and prompt service. I will definitely go back there if needed. For not having insurance price was very fair.

They need a better system for people getting covid shows vs actual patients looking to see a doctor. Management need to STEP IT UP. I get it can be overwhelming but when they are taking the names and numbers of people waiting for testing and telling them to go wait in their cars while letting their sick patients who are here to see a doctor wait out in the freezing cold for 40 minutes it's too damn much. Something needs to change they need to people way more organized. It's unacceptable to treat your sick patients this way.

Great service

This is the second review I am writing for this particular location. The first one was negative but I have been there a few times since then and the experience has much improved. I have no complaints. Went in to get a COVID test both rapid and PCR and the experience was pleasant. Would recommend this location to anyone.

The way the waitlist is set up for the covid testing is very convenient. The earlier you get there, the better. I had a 5 hour wait period, but the text you get tells you how many people are ahead of you in line. Very helpful to know, instead of sitting around waiting blindly for a text telling you it's time to come back. Great system, and even better that they have rapid testing at all sites. I've never been to a CityMD I didn't feel welcome at. All employees I've ever interacted with have been kind, patient, and helpful. Great job.
