Dr. Cho And Staff are amazing! Justin was a major help. As a heart condition patient with urgent needs to prevent infections he did great making sure my procedure was quick and efficient with Dr.Cho. Everything went smoothly. My mouth feels so much better. I will def be back. Thank you all for all you do esp during a pandemic.

This place has turned into a free-for-all. The staff are so trashy. Nobody answers the phone in the front, and the assistants are horrible. They were banging dirty instruments in my room. They said they were trying to get the crud off of it, and then they threw it in the sink. I was so horrified at what I seen. I have to say Dr. Bishara is good though. Somebody should be keeping an eye on those assistants. I couldn't believe what they were doing.

Great doctors and staff. Waiting rooms gets a little full but you can wait in your car. Love this place

Simply amazing. They are great, a little difficult with COVID but they are doing everything they could.

I miss Dr Cohen, and Barbara. The entire place has changed and not for the better. I recently went for my 6 month check up. I paid my bill in January.nI call Feb 3rd to have them fax the claim to my insurance . I called back Feb 22nd because the claim was never sent in. I called back March 2nd. Claim still was not sent in. When I asked reciptionist said she mailed it, she said that is quicker than a fax. ??? I asked her if she still had the fax number and I want it faxed. She put me on hold for 12 mins. It went to VM. I called back spoke to another reciptionist was told she will call me back, that she was with a patient.nReally, a reciptionist with a patient . It's already an hour. Besides I'm a patient too. It's a shame. Over 40 years and a new group made a mess. The dentist are very good but because of the incompetent staff, it's time to go elsewhere.
