Dr. Mark Bogdan DDS

They told me my braces will get down in a year an a half , that was in 2015 after 5 years I don’t have a clue when this is going to be over . After you pay the full amount , they don’t care , they canceled my apoiments a lot of times , and when they canceled it takes a four month wait to the next one , about 10 times in 5 years the doctor always got sick when I got an apoiment. I haven taken of from my job to make to some of the apoiments , and lost a lot of money . And some times they call me an hour before the apoiment to canceled .

Dr. Bogdan is awesome. I visited four dentists/orthodontists before choosing Dr. Bogdan, and each one stated my teeth were so bad that I would need surgery and to sit in headgear for a month followed by two years of braces. I had braces for five years during my teenage years, and once the braces came off my jaw continued to shift and I now have an under bite. I’ve hated my smile since the jaw shift, and I tend not to smile with my teeth often. Dr. Bogdan knew exactly what was wrong, and assured me that no surgery was necessary. After meeting with Dr. Bogdan, I felt confident in my decision to get braces again. I was very impressed by how much time Dr. Bogdan and his staff took to explain every part of the procedure, what is wrong with my teeth, and how he planned to fix the problem. I was also very impressed by the technology the office uses to provide multiple angle photos and X-rays. The following Tuesday I came into his office and was greeted by his staff, and the braces went on. The procedure wasn’t long, and his staff was very patient and fun to work with. I can’t wait to see the results 18 months from now!

I was a long time patient. I had braces put in here and the retainer bent my teeth out of shape. I returned to this place several times to keep fixing the retainer, spending more money for a new retainers and finally after 15 years I was told to put the invisalign and spent a lot more money to fix one tooth misaligned. I had to put out another payment plan in the thousands with the monthly payments.nnThe Doctor called out due to illness several times and the office does not go out of their way to set up a new appt. soon enough, so you don't get proper appt.'s to really keep up with the treatment and there were many missed appointments and I literally was left in the dust with no good results and too much money poured into this place. Once you pay off the total amount and the treatment is not completed, they just don't care whether your treatment was completed. Mine wasn't. You feel like they dump you off.nThis is years of wasting my time.nTheir is no privacy for the patients. You basically are herded into a crowded room with the Doctor just viewing what the technicians do. It is not personalized and many of the tech's do not want to step up to do the work if you are an older patient, they tend to want to work on the younger children.nWhen you pick a orthodontist be aware that this can be an ongoing process and this office does not offer the patient care with any real value.nIt was a nice family business at one time, but unfortunately it lacks in keeping the patients privacy of treatment and the office lacks concern for the overall treatment of the patient in the long run. If I had to do it over, I would definitely have sought out another doctor.

Dr Bogdan is an excellent orthodontist. He is very meticulous, friendly, intelligent, and an overall wonderful guy. The staff is always friendly and hard working. I came from a dentist who had done a horrible job on my mouth. Dr Bogdan went above and beyond what any other orthodontist would have done for me, especially considering how busy his business is. He has a big office, with several chairs, but the wait time is always minimal. I was treated with Invisalign, and he treated me until I was 100% satisfied. There was zero pressure to finish up my treatment. My wife is currently a patient, and she also is having a great experience. Don’t go anywhere else for your orthonditic needs. There is a parking lot a block and half northwest that is always empty, I usually parked there and walked down.

I loved making my appointments to have my braces checked! Everyone in the office is up beat yet professional which always made me feel very comfortable! Dr. Bogdan and his staff are great! One of my all time favorite techs is Kim G!! She always was so kind and helpful- any questions I had she would gladly answer! If I ran into an issue she would always manage to get me taken care of immediately! Couldnt ask for better service! Its great knowing this staff is still there for when my daughter gets her braces on! I am at ease knowing she will be in great hands with wondeful techs! Kim, Addie and Jess are awesome and go above and beyond for their patients!!!! Thank you for always making me comfortable! =)
