Bayonne Municipal Court

I had a court date today and the judge was disgustingly nasty. During this horrible time you would think that people would appreciate just being alive. I advised him that I keep getting tickets for the money I add to the my2park app. I have proof which he totally wouldn't acknowledge, like what would I get from being dishonest and treating me like Im nothing. I don't know if its the color of my skin. But, what I do know Im not alone all the physicans I work with in bayonne receive tickets as well. Someone need to give him a class on how to be more respectful to people. I'm just glad I only work in this town and not live.

They are literally robbing people of due process right now. The violation department is just closed and not scheduling court dates yet they are handing out tickets with no way to schedule a hearing.

Tyrants, corrupt, everyone is just a number for them

I was stopped by “rogue cops” who harassed me based off my looks. I was told that I am a criminal, I was told that have I been arrested many times (lies, I do not smoke nor have I ever been arrested) They went on to tell me that I was not supposed to be in their town nor do their town accept “ people like me”. Just because of the address my Drivers license displays.nI am kindly asking everyone who is not apart of their “community” to kindly stay away !!. It is not a safe place to be in. Highly racist and it is all a scam just to bring revenue into the courtroom.

I can't say that I particulary love or hate the place. In comparison to NYC the pace is a bit slower, however they get the job done. Everyone here seems to know everyone else which can be a concern for an outsider but at the same time its way more approachable and less intimidating than a big city courthouse
