The best part of this art hub, besides the affordable prices, and at home, community feel, is the founder, Kenneth, he is a truly open minded, nice guy, who wants to support artists reach a wider network.

Most amazing place I've found to live by far in NYC where they won't raise your rent and actually want to assist artists to succeed. This is the hip New Williamsburg tbh lol, and the way Williamsburg should be.
