Shami Fine Watchmaking

I would like to share my experience with this fine watchmaking company. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. They have beautiful jewelry and watches. Worth checking out. I went to have my watch repaired and they fixed it at an extremely reasonable price. Since I'm a watch collector, I like having my watches running to the second perfectly. I had another watch that needed repair and went back and same thing they fixed it to my satisfaction. You must check them out.

The watchmaker that I used to go to retired.nI was in need of a watch cleaning and polishing and noticed that Shami opened up their new location just by chance .I found it by driving to and from work. I looked them up on Google to see what services they offered there.I stopped in one day and to ask about the cost to service the watch. I met the owner & he took the time out to test my watch for accuracy & to do a waterproof test . Turns out the watch needed a service too. They gave me a free estimate . I ended up getting the full service cleaning and polishing on one watch & getting another watch polished. They did an outstanding job as well as a very thorough, correct and professional job on both.nI got a third watch serviced which wasn't keeping proper time. This was a very minor repair on the dial and Adam was kind enough to not even charge me for this repair.nIt seems that I found a nrw watchmaker and will continue to use him again absolutely in the future.

I brought in my Omega for a full service. As soon as I walked in, Taz, the owner, treated me with utmost care and attention. The team is extremely friendly. The Omega was looked at quickly and the watchmakers were able to determine exactly what was needed to keep it in tip top shape. I was pleased with the service, and a few days later, I brought in my Seiko for an upgraded crystal + NATO strap. It’s hard to find a great watchmaker. Highly recommend to anyone. Will be back to service other watches and for future watch purchases with Taz.

I brought in my Breitling for service, I have owned the watch for about 11 years or so and never had a service done on it. The only thing I can say is WOW! It looks like a brand new watch now, they gave it the TLC it needed. They were very nice and professional and they really understand the intricacies of this watch. I would highly recommend them if your watch is in need of service or repair.

My Seiko custom bezel change was done with clear and evident mastery, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I will be putting all of my custom watch business through Shami going forward. Customer service was top notch, I was given multiple courtesy calls and updates, and I was offered a beverage while I waited for a battery swap. Unbelievable attention to detail.
