I just love Parlour. They're committed to a safe, sanitary salon that still offers a warm, inviting and stylish experience. Ask for my girl Lauren D. and you'll find a stylist who really listens to what you want, takes time to educate you on what and why she's using certain techniques, and is one of the best colorists in the city. The stylist/client relationship is sacred; she nails it. :)nnThe following reflects covid-19 procedures.nnGuest arrivals are staggered, as are the stations, which are separated by the chicest temporary barriers you've ever seen. Masks are required. Temperatures will be taken. They aren't serving their signature cocktails or other beverages.
Not exaggerating when I say Martin gave me the best haircut of my life. Everyone there is talented and friendly.
I was so excited to try this place because they had such good reviews. Unfortunately, I didn't have the experience I intended. I have to admit I am not the most knowledgable on exactly all of the hair terms but what I did know is I wanted my hair brighter and blonder and some face framing. At times the stylist made me feel dumb because I didn't know exactly how to achieve this look. The stylist did 3 different things to me... full highlight (on half), balayage (on half), and a smudge root just for my hair to look the exact same or even a little darker after. It was extremely pricey but I wouldn't have minded paying one bit if I got what I had wanted.
Best place to get your hair done in Cincinnati. I am so happy everytime I walk out of here.
