Joe was an incredible help to me. During a pandemic where there was very littlenInventory anywhere. He found me 3 appliances that I desperately needed. He assured me that what I was buying was in stock as well as any parts of anything was going to need repairs. This whole transaction was done over the phone and by text. His follow up was exceptional letting me know along the way when delivery could be expected. He was also available by text at any hour for questions on how to use and clean the appliances. Top notch service I haven’t seen by anyone! Highly recommend Joe.

I have bought over a dozen appliances from Karl's/Fergusons in Fairfield. Every time I always go to Wendy Johnson and I am never disappointed. She knows her stuff, is pleasant and professional, makes the process painless and takes care of her customers. You can not ask for more. She really is amazing! We have always purchased our appliances at Karl’s and Wendy Johnston is our salesperson. She is so knowledgeable and customer focused. We ordered our Sub Zero and Viking cooktop in November but had to wait for delivery from the manufacturers and installation until last week.nWendy kept us up to date on the process during this Pandemic and the delivery and installation was seamless.

Name changed to Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting. Great showroom but the customer service comes short. I bought elsewhere.
