Nice Showerdoors

At 12:30 am July 15, 2019, my GlassCrafters Shower Door spontaneously shattered into the shower stall, also covering the entire bathroom floor with broken glass, in my home in Putnam Valley, New York. Thank god no one was in the shower at the time. The bathroom where this took place hadn't been used for two weeks. GlassCrafters, who manufactured the product, refused to stand behind this product to the extent of making good on the damage.

If you want a high quality product that lasts for years this is a place to go. Service and quality of their products are the highest in the industry for sure. Everything was done in a professional manner! The shower enclosure is beautiful! I would recommend Glasscrafters to family and friends! Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks so much!

I purchased shower doors manufactured by this company in January of this year. The doors were over $1100. Turns out the installation instructions Glasscrafters supplies with the doors were wrong (defective). This caused damage to a brand new tile installation. When contacted Glasscrafters acknowledged the instructions were wrong and knew of the problem. They have terrible customer service and do not stand by their products. I recommend to shop elsewhere ,as of 2 months later I am still trying to resolve this issue. I would of not given any stars but the remarks do not register if you don't.

Excellent selection including customized creations. Experienced exceptional quality customer care from start to finish. Wish I had more baths to renovate!
