Excellent service. I ordered the wrong size Phonak hearing aid hooks for my son and emailed to ask if I could replace them with the right size. I had a quick response to let me know which size I needed and that a replacement would be no problem. I got the new hearing aid hooks very promptly and was very happy with the service.
