Excellent service. I ordered the wrong size Phonak hearing aid hooks for my son and emailed to ask if I could replace them with the right size. I had a quick response to let me know which size I needed and that a replacement would be no problem. I got the new hearing aid hooks very promptly and was very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

The staff were efficient, professional and friendly. The product was as ordered. Follow up online with an audiologist was very good. And the price was very much less than high street or other independent’s. I was very pleased with the service.
