CVS Specialty Pharmacy

CVS specialty is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Prior to the pandemic, I did not have any problems. Now, I will spend weeks trying to speak to a single competent person who can help me. I am constantly hung up on, told their system is down, or transferred between departments for a simple prescription refill. Now they are trying to fill a prescription without my permission after I stopped using them months ago. Stay away. You’re better off at any other specialty pharmacy

Absolute inability to send a prescription! NO customer service, NO supervisor or manager available and an Account Resolution Specialist drops call after 40 minutes hold time after our 3rd attempt to speak with someone and good thing they ask for a call back number and NOT use it to call you back. We have A plus insurance coverage and its been 1 week from order date and NO medication for a sick child. SHAME ON YOU CVS SPECIALTY PHARMACY!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. They are the worst. My daughter needs her medication and they don't deliver when promised. I ordered my daughters medication over a month ago. It was initially rejected by the insurance. The pharmacy didn't let me know. I called two weeks later to ask when it was going to be delivered. That's when I was told it was rejected by the insurance. I called the insurance company to straighten things out. I was told it would be delivered a week later (yesterday). I'm still waiting. I was on the phone for almost two hours yesterday. Then I was promised it would be delivered today at 8am. It's now 10am and no delivery. I'm on hold once again. Shame on you CVS specialty Pharmacy. I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

I just talk to Steve today on the phone. He is a angle send from god. He is so patient, so kind. He is run beyond to help me slove all my problem. I hope the company see this review. Steve should be a trainer for this customer serice.

AWFUL EVERY TIME! I need to use them twice a year and each time they do not know what they are doing. Its absolutely awful. Today took over 2 hours for them to figure out my coverage and I'm still on hold waiting AGAIN! I'd love to know what the problem is. I would prefer to NEVER use them. If I didnt have to use them for this medication I wouldn't but I have no choice.
