CVS Pharmacy

The store itself is fine, but don’t bother calling the pharmacy. They will never pick up, even outside of peak hours. If, by some chance, you get to speak with someone, be prepared to repeat yourself over and over. And they won’t remember once you get to the store, so you’ll have to go over it all again and have to wait for them to figure it out. So calling is just not worth it.

Went there for a flu shot today and was helped very quickly by a nice young woman who was AMAZING at giving shots. Barely felt a thing. Its never that painful but this person was truly a magician! Whomever you are, THANK YOU!

If this pharmacy hadn't made 3 serious mistakes on separate occasions, filling the wrong Rx and/or giving me the wrong amount of tablets, maybe I could forgive it. But the service is slow, and extremely rude, the higher up you go, so that the pharmacists are unpleasant and should be replaced. I'm less than a mile from this store and refuse to use its pharmacy. The rest of the store's personnel and merchandise is fine. If you go, rip open the bag and check the contents for accuracy in front of them, because when they make a mistake, they don't admit it and there's no returns or refunds. So you have to show the mistake to them immediately.

Wish I could leave a good review but that's impossible at this point. I've been on hold for 50 minutes for the pharmacy.. How is that even possible? CVS (a company that's worth 77.4 billion dollars), should be able to hire extra staff to cover their store for their busier hours. This is not even because of the Covid-19 thing. You guys have been terrible with the wait times forever..... For the record... I don't blame the staff .......
