They are extremely informative and understanding and patient from Ms Torres to Ms. Creamer. When I walked pass several desk everyone said good morning which is rare these days. I had no knowledge regarding steps necessary to assist senior with medicaid, medicare, or power of attorney. I was assisted and wasn't made to feel as if I was a bother or uneducated for my lack of knowledge. My mind was finally put at ease after my visit.nnThe staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I appreciate all the assistance that was provided.
